What was it like working with Catherine? 1) It was exciting because she genuinely enjoys what she does. She doesn’t just “paint the fence until lunch” but delves into the idea, pays attention to details, and is technically boundless (as she is always learning something new).
2) It was interesting because Catherine is unique, creative, and unconventional in her approaches and solutions.
3) It was productive (see points 1 and 2) and it’s easy to have a partnership with Catherine. She keeps her commitments and is open to reconciling different positions and viewpoints.
